Nathan Welling

Holding a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, Nathan began his career in the financial services sector in 2006 with one of Australia’s largest financial services providers.
Nathan is passionate about getting to know his clients and their individual financial needs. He understands and enjoys the process of developing this relationship to ensure that his clients’ financial goals continue to align with their evolving stage of life, and the changing requirements that will come with this.
With his expertise, experience and resources, Nathan will work with you to help you grow, protect and enjoy your wealth. He is proud of his proven history of long-term adviser/client relationships and ensures his clients feel empowered to call on him at any time for updated financial advice.
Nathan and his young family enjoy the Sunshine Coast lifestyle and being involved in their community. A keen fitness enthusiast, Nathan achieved a personal goal of completing the Blackall100 event in 2017 – a 100km trail run through the Sunshine Coast hinterland and is currently looking to his next challenge.
Michael Buck
Director and Financial Adviser
Michael brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held various roles in both large national firms and locally based financial businesses on the Sunshine Coast. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Wollongong University and has completed his Graduate Diploma in Financial Services.
As a long-time resident of the Sunshine Coast, Michael is married to Carley and is a devoted father to three children: Evelyn, Lulu, and Freddie. Actively engaged in the community, Michael serves as a lifeguard for the Maroochydore Surf Club, coaches his son’s soccer team, and participates in the local touch rugby league competition to maintain his fitness.
In his role as an adviser, Michael is dedicated to building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. He focuses on ensuring clients are actively involved in the journey to achieve their goals and utilise tools that will benefit them and their loved ones throughout their lives.
Tracey Darlington

Tracey Darlington is our wonderful Client Services Manager.
Tracey has over a decade of experience in the Financial Services industry and is key to our business running efficiently.
Many of you will get to know Tracey as she supports our Financial Advisers in servicing clients’ needs.
